Job Title: Quality & Regulatory Compliance Manager
Job Location: On-Site in Stilwell, OK
Job Salary: $120K- $128K base salary + 15% annual bonus + Relocation stipend offered
Requirements: 5+ years of Quality Engineering/Management experience within a manufacturing environment. Experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 standards.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead the quality engineering team in developing and implementing quality assurance strategies on both high-volume aftermarket products and complex capital equipment systems
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement, supply chain management and ISO 9001:2015 standards 
• Focus on solutions to reduce defects, improve production efficiency and ensure quality compliance with military and other industry specific requirements 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality metrics and monitor performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of Quality Engineering/Management experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, particularly ISO 9001
• Experienced in applying advanced quality tools like DMAIC, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
• Experience in filtration, industrial and military markets preferred
• Ability to lead root cause analysis efforts
• Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) preferred
