Your responsibilities will include:Coordinate sits audits and assessments (AS9100, Customer, NASA, Internal, etc.)Conduct and coordinate corrective actions/CABTrack audit findings, ICAR's, GCARS and status for closureTrend Quality metrics and support problem solving activitiesLead the Courtland ESD/Ordnance certification programCollect and assemble data for end item data packages for hardware acceptance reviews and customer shipmentsExperience working in an Aerospace/Defense or related Manufacturing environment - Knowledge of manufacturing/quality processes and documentation - Ability to comprehend and interpret drawings, work instructions, schematics, and specifications. Effective communication skills - Able to work independently and as a team player- Lean Manufacturing experience (Green Belt Certification) - Missile Assembly and Integration experience - Experience working within a AS9100 certified quality system - Problem solving experience - Understanding of ESD equipment, its requirements and certification process - Currently or has in the past possessed a Security ClearanceBy applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.
