What’s in it for you Competitive hourly pay ranging from $26.44 – $31.25/hr Direct Hire opportunity – hired directly with Parma Tube Corporation Stable, long-standing manufacturing organization Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life and Disability Insurance 401(k) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Cafeteria Plan What your day will look like Provide support and resources to the Quality team Collect and analyze quality data to support root cause and corrective action activities Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding quality issues, including containment, response, and corrective actions Ensure non-conforming products are properly identified, quarantined, and dispositioned Compile performance metrics and report departmental results Provide technical quality support to production and office staff Perform product audits to ensure compliance with customer requirements Participate in internal audit systems including process audits, layered audits, and product audits Create and maintain technical documentation such as work instructions, reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) What we are looking for Experience working in a manufacturing environment with hands‑on Quality responsibilities Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality system requirements Working knowledge of: SPC Pareto Analysis Understanding of Control Plans, PFMEA, and Gage R&R Ability to read blueprints and strong knowledge of GD&T Highly detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working with numbers and statistical data Education At Apex Placement & Consulting, we actively encourage applications from underrepresented groups.
