CDR Works LLC is seeking a Quality Analyst to join our team near Whitsett, NC. The ideal candidate for this position will be a motivated individual with strong work ethics, problem-solving abilities, flexible schedule and a commitment to providing results in a fast-paced environment.
This role is responsible for acting in the audit process of raw material and finished products; audit in manufacturing processes; support in the activities of introducing new products, through test and reliability test.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1ST Shift
Key Responsibilities
  • Close cross functional teamwork.
  • Support team on root cause analysis.
  • Co-work with manufacturing team and quality team in cosmetic and functional inspection of raw materials and finished products.
  • Critically analyze the results of audits of raw materials and finished products according to pre-established standards and procedures, as well as support in the analysis on non-conformities observed in materials, products or processes.
  • Support the quality audits in process of local suppliers, applying when necessary, training to internal employees and suppliers.
  • Monitor the rate of material that was not generated during the production process to reduce the rate of scrap.
  • Monitor the quality KPIS and manufacturing KPIs and perform root cause analysis.
  • Prepare quality reports and close work with engineering supporting the process and definitions.
  • Support auditors perform audits in the manufacturing processes related to quality, identifying and evaluating compliance with procedures and standards, conditions of control equipment and environmental conditions, as well as carrying out.
  • Ensure all necessary testing (e.g., durability, safety, functionality) is conducted and meets quality standards.
  • Support XCSA and CSA test (customer quality experience test) of all products when necessary and simulates situations and activities of end customer.
  • Plan, identify and make available equipment for measurement, in accordance with internal analysis and evaluation, as well as ratify the status of non-conforming material destined for scrap.
  • Perform inspections and measurement in dedicated processes (NPI – New Product Introduction).
  • Collaborate for maintenance of quality and continuous improvement programs, identifying possible improvements and acting to implement them.
  • Support and clarify the doubt of the quality auditor 1.
  • Ensure general care with the equipment used.
  • Compliance with the standards and procedures contained in the quality environment, safety and occupational health management systems
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of quality control standards, procedures, and tools (e.g., Ishikawa Diagram, PDCA, FMEA, 8D root cause analysis) - (Intermediary)

  • Lean Six Sigma - Intermediary
