Job Overview Closing Desk Operator provides various levels of support for the Quality Assurance Department including labeling and packaging of product, ensuring quality flow downs are met, picking orders for shipment, scanning and electronic filing of records, and maintaining adequate levels of supplies in the inspection and packaging areas. Duties & Responsibilities Create product labels and prepare flat-packs for shipment. Ensure correctness of product labels and order quantities. Scanning and indexing of completed process routers and other quality records in Dokmee, as needed. Create PSDS/EEDS from customer specifications. Create data packages for shipment with product. Coordinate with Planning and CSRs to ensure OTTP metrics are met. Pick product through the ERP system and ensure all documentation required by customer, including Certificate of Compliance, is included in shipments. Coordination and monthly audit of KCC2 TF-FGI inventory. Provide backup support for KCC2 Document Control functions when required. Qualifications & Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. Must be able to multi‑task. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Attention to detail is essential. Critical thinking skills are required. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. All applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restriction to ITAR documentation and materials. Must be a U.S. citizen, legal permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
