We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Technician to join our team! You will conduct tests to determine the quality of materials and finished products as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

JOB TYPE: Full-Time

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

  • 1st shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
  • 2nd shift: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
  • 2nd shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
  • 3rd shift: 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM
  • 3rd shift: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM

PAY: $20

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and perform inspections
  • Sampling and checking of manufacturing processes
  • Conduct and report internal audits and evaluations
  • Implement and improve quality control operating procedures
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues and assist with resolutions
  • Good documentation practices
  • Organize team to be cross trained to perform QA inspections
  • Oversee and Control and upkeep of company’s retain samples program
  • Oversee and perform In-process testing on bulk products that include lab equipment such pH, viscometer, and balances
  • Verify cleanliness and equipment for assembly of compounding and filling process

​​Qualifications:

  • Previous work experience in quality control or other related fields
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High School graduate or GED required.
  • Good Math skills.
  • Knowledge of GMP is preferred.
  • Experience in working with SOP's
  • Knowledge of MS Word and database software
  • Experience in manufacturing environment.
  • Able to speak, read and write English.
  • Basic statistical skills (mean, mode, medium, standard deviations calculation)
