Department: Production ( Quality Control)

Shift: 1st / 2nd Shift (Weekends and Holidays required)

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive, detailed orientated Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. You will be the gatekeeper for Food Safety and Quality Standards on our food production and packaging lines, ensuring adherence to the set Standards of our Company, and the governing bodies and agencies we report to.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Oversight: Conduct detailed QA/QC inspections within an industrial manufacturing environment to ensure Safe and Quality production.
• Safety Leadership: Maintain an excellent safety record and lead by example in following all facility protocols.
• Production Support: Prioritize tasks effectively to minimize bottlenecks while maintaining strict attention to detail.
• Technical Reporting: Utilize above-average computer skills to document findings and manage quality data.
• Team Collaboration: Function seamlessly as an independent contributor and a collaborative team member.
• Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in QA/QC within the industrial manufacturing sector.
• Technical Skills: Detailed orientated, strong acuity for accuracy, meticulous focus, reliability.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work comfortably in cold storage environments (38–40°ree;F).
• Communication: Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) with basic computer proficiency.
• Adaptability: Proven ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic production setting.

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Full availability for weekends and holidays.
