Title: Quality Assurance Analyst – Intermediate Location: Fort Knox, KY Security Clearance: Verifiable DoD Secret (or higher) is Required Primary Duties and Responsibilities The organization, sFedTe c is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Analyst – Intermediate to support the U.S. Army Cadet Command (USACC) G6 Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management (C4IM) mission by ensuring that information systems products, services, and processes meet established organizational standards and end-user requirements. This position performs quality assurance activities across program deliverables, workflows, and IT support operations. The Quality Assurance Analyst evaluates system performance, identifies deficiencies, and recommends improvements to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance with program requirements. The role supports the implementation of quality control processes, documentation review, and performance monitoring in coordination with program leadership and technical teams. Execute quality assurance procedures to ensure IT systems, services, and deliverables meet program and organizational standards Conduct testing and validation of systems, applications, and processes to verify proper functionality and compliance with requirements Identify defects, discrepancies, and performance issues and coordinate corrective actions with the technical team Track and report the status of identified issues and corrective actions to program leadership Develop and recommend improvements to current procedures, workflows, and quality control processes Perform workflow analysis to assess operational efficiency and recommend enhancements to service delivery Support quality assurance reviews of program deliverables, documentation, and system output Maintain quality assurance records, reports, and documentation supporting program compliance Coordinate with project managers, technical staff, and Government stakeholders to ensure adherence to program standards Assist in monitoring performance metrics and program quality indicators to support continuous improvement efforts Participate in program reviews, audits, and assessments related to service quality and operational performance Basic Qualifications – Required Education, Certifications, Skills, and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Administration, or related field Associate’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience may substitute for the bachelor’s degree requirement Minimum 5 years of experience performing quality assurance, system testing, or process evaluation within an IT or technical environment Experience evaluating system performance, identifying defects, and coordinating resolution activities Experience analyzing workflows and recommending process improvements Experience supporting enterprise IT environments or government programs preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to evaluate technical processes and identify improvement opportunities Ability to coordinate corrective actions with technical teams Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy #J-18808-Ljbffr
