Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst – Test Analyst Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst / Test Analyst Engineer to support enterprise-level testing initiatives across multiple business process areas, systems, and environments. This role is responsible for executing a comprehensive testing strategy, developing formal test plans and scripts, documenting results and defects, and ensuring optimal test coverage.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in test automation, Tricentis Tosca, enterprise business processes, and SAP environments, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery and continuous process improvement.

• Partner with Test Center of Excellence (CoE), functional teams, technical teams, and management to execute enterprise testing strategy and protocols.

• Participate in test strategy discussions and provide recommendations on automation feasibility and effectiveness.

• Support project and enhancement testing efforts by documenting end-to-end business processes.

• Maintain enterprise business process hierarchy and alignment of procedures and test cases.

• Recommend optimal test coverage, methodologies, and techniques.

• Configure and execute automation tools within the established Test Automation CoE framework.

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca.

• Contribute to automation framework enhancements, reusable libraries, and utilities.

• Execute automated test cases and ensure accuracy and completeness of results.

• Manage test data to ensure availability and relevance for automated testing.

• Collaborate with QA and development teams to design test cases from business processes and requirements.

• Design, build, and maintain formal test plans and test scripts.

• Execute integration and regression testing across environments.

• Document testing outcomes, defects, and resolutions.

• Perform root cause analysis when necessary.

• Support defect lifecycle management and resolution tracking.

• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to configure and maintain test environments.

• Generate and present automation and execution reports to stakeholders.

• Maintain test artifacts, metrics frameworks, dashboards, and defect tracking documentation.

• Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and implement best practices.

• Mentor team members on Tosca automation best practices.

• Stay current with evolving testing tools, methodologies, and automation trends.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

• Tricentis/Tosca Certification (Required).

• 5+ years of progressive experience as a QA Test Engineer/Analyst.

• Strong knowledge of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.

• Experience interpreting functional and technical requirements to produce testing artifacts.

• Moderate knowledge of Finance, HCM, Logistics, and Treasury business processes.

1. Proven expertise in Tricentis Tosca, Tosca Commander, and Tosca TBox.

2. Experience with SAP and SaaS enterprise systems, including S/4HANA migrations.

3. Experience with change impact analysis and automation during S/4HANA transformation.

4. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

5. Experience testing web applications, APIs, and mobile applications.

6. Additional automation tools experience (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).

7. Proficiency in scripting languages (VBScript, JavaScript, Python).

8. Knowledge of SQL and database validation.

9. Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines.
