They are known for delivering high-quality digital products and investing heavily in innovation, engineering excellence, and scalable platforms.This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their QA career to join a structured, high-performing environment with clear progression pathways.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Junior QA Analyst with 1–1.5 years of experience to support the testing of web and/or mobile applications.You’ll be working closely with developers, product managers, and senior QA engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, bug-free releases.This role is ideal for someone who understands QA fundamentals and is now looking to sharpen their skills in a more mature, process-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute manual test cases across web and/or mobile applicationsIdentify, log, and track bugs using tools like JIRA / TestRail / Azure DevOpsCollaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixesParticipate in functional, regression, and smoke testingSupport UAT (User Acceptance Testing) cyclesAssist in creating and maintaining test cases, test plans, and test scriptsWork within an Agile/Scrum environment (stand-ups, sprint planning, retros)Contribute to improving QA processes and documentationEnsure releases meet defined quality standards and acceptance criteriaRequired Skills & Experience1 – 2 years of experience in a QA / Software Testing roleStrong understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC)Experience with manual testing (functional, regression, exploratory)Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g. JIRA)Basic understanding of Agile methodologiesGood attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to clearly document defects and test scenariosDesirable (Nice to Have)Exposure to automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)Basic knowledge of SQL for data validationExperience testing APIs (Postman or similar tools)Understanding of CI/CD pipelinesExposure to performance or security testing conceptsSoft SkillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsProactive mindset with willingness to learnAbility to manage time and prioritise tasks effectivelyComfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environmentWhat’s on Offer£35,000 base salaryHybrid working model (Manchester office)Exposure to enterprise-scale systems and global projectsClear progression into mid-level QA / Automation rolesLearning & development support
