Summary The key focus of the Quality Assurance Co-Op/Intern position will be to ensure product and services within the organization meet all specifications. This position is critical to ensuring that the finished product is produced to the highest quality standards. Essential Functions Maintenance & monitoring of QA Document Control, Data Entry, Analysis, and Reporting logs Participate in supplier audits, internal process/product audits and customer audits as needed Monitor and maintain equipment Calibration System Perform Incoming and Final inspection of product Investigation and monitoring of Customer Claims process Participate in continuous improvement initiatives Additional Responsibilities Accomplishes all tasks as appropriate. Qualification Education And Experience Degree preferred but not required. Special Skills Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional peers as well as upper level management. The ability to make independent judgments and utilize problem solving skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Self-starter, able to work with minimal direct supervision. Able to receive general instructions/directives and turn them into specific tasks. Competencies Computer proficiency Organizational skills Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook Math, written, and verbal skills Additional Notes The Company retains the right to change or assign other duties to this position. Physical Demands Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Can work on your feet for up to 4 continuous hours. Work Environment Work primarily in a climate controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
