About this role Associates will apply scientific principles to innovate, design, develop, and implement technologies, components, sub‑systems, machines, tools, and systems to ensure compliance to specifications, requirements, and customer guarantees across applicable operating conditions. Ensures novel ideas and implementations are captured and protected using applicable IP processes and tools. Part‑Time, 20‑hour Co‑Op. January - August. Key Responsibilities Research, develop, design and test electrical components and equipment Produce products to specifications while using cost effective and efficient means Analyze and evaluate new or improved components Required Qualifications Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Computer Engineering, or a related field 3.0 or higher GPA Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of refrigeration products (preferred but not required) Ability to solve challenging and complex customer requests Good with hand tools Good with software navigation and testing Knowledge of: ISO9001:2015 Clean manufacturing Various Hand tools Digital Multimeter Attention to detail: Observing and recording test results Workplace organization Ability to collect and organize both paper and electronic records Strong computer skills: Excel, Word Experience with an ERP system is a plus Under limited supervision: Perform some testing of equipment #J-18808-Ljbffr
