ABOUT THE ROLE: Conduct Quality inspections for footwear and/or apparel. Use effective knowledge, good judgment, and communication in a timely manner. Maintain QC Auditing skills to ensure consumer satisfaction and Skechers Brand integrity.WHAT YOU'LL DO:* Thoroughly communicates necessary QC Audit details to their immediate manager.* Learn and follow QC Inspection Guidelines and Processes.* Maintain QC Auditor training by attending daily meetings.* Reports audit defects throughout the day by way of MS Teams QC group messages and photos.* Ability to understand QC defect codes and record as needed.* Recommends changes to the audit process to maximize efficiency.* Travel to other distribution centers as needed.* Follows all safety protocols and Skechers policies* Complete daily QC audits as needed.* Communicates major quality issues in a timely manner* Any other related duties as needed.WHAT YOU'LL BRING:* Ability to understand basic manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).* Fluent in reading, writing, and verbally communicating in English.* Detail oriented, keeps track of projects.* Communicates well with all team members using E-mail and MS Teams.* Innovative and creative thinker.* Self-Starter that gets things done.* Possesses a sense of responsibility and ownership.* Manages multiple projects and multi-tasks well.* Maintains useful records.* Promotes a strong sense of team, based on trust and mutual respect for others.* Ability to work overtime as needed.REQUIREMENTS:* High School Diploma or equivalent.* Order Picker Equipment Certified* Knowledge of manufacturing is a plus.The pay range for this role is $21.00-$23.00./yr USD. #J-18808-Ljbffr
