As a member of our team you'll enjoy excellent benefits, opportunities for growth, and an encouraging culture that supports work / life balance.Position SummarySupports the overall quality of our product by providing world class feedback to our production team; identifying, communicating and following up on areas of opportunity.Duties/ResponsibilitiesConduct audits of our homes in the designated areasDocument findings during the audit using available technologyCommunicate to management team via radio when audit is complete, document notification timesFollow-up on completion of audit findings, document completion times to generate overall response timesAttend production meetings and communicate overall status of program in their area of responsibilityOther duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDDemonstrated positive influence and optimistic demeanorIntermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, ExcelContinuous willingness to learn and growSound judgement in all interactions at all levels within the facilityStrong knowledge of quality standards and expectationsStrong attention to detailPhysical DemandsMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and occasionally use ladders/steps to enter and exit homes.Must be able to consistently operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as telephone, calculator, copy machine, computer printer, etc.Must be able to communicate with others via phone, email, and in person.
