ResponsibilitiesUnderstand ETL requirements and validate data transformations across source, staging, and target systems.Design, develop, and execute ETL test cases, test plans, and test scripts.Perform data validation, data integrity checks, and reconciliation testing.Write complex SQL queries to validate datasets and compare results across environments.Collaborate with development, data engineering, and business teams to understand data flows.Conduct functional, regression, and system integration testing for ETL processes.Identify defects, document them in bug-tracking tools, and work closely with developers for resolution.Validate batch jobs, workflows, scheduling, and dependencies.Analyze test results, provide defect reports, and prepare QA sign-off documents.Ensure ETL solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.Qualifications4–8 years of experience in ETL/Data Warehouse QA.Strong experience in SQL (ability to write complex joins, aggregations, analytical queries).
