We want to deliver a wow factor to our clients, and your focus on helping us build and ship a high-quality product is a massively important part of that.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the quality of software deliveriesDevelopment of test strategies, test plans etc.Continuous identification and implementation of quality improvementsDefinition and review of quality criteriaTest automation of End2End business processesEnsure non-functional requirements are satisfied e.g. performance, security & usabilityDrive quality improvements in development teamRun quality focused meetings e.g. triage calls & defect reviewsWhat you bring to the role:Prior experience as a QA engineer, Software Engineer in Test, Test Automation engineer, Developer, leveraging software QA tools and processes.Prior experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI testing, Automated testing, Test driven development strategies etc.Experience in Agile framework, unit testing libraries/framework (JAVA based)Understanding how and where testing fits in CI/CD pipelineExperience in cloud-based testing is a plusExperience in building testing environments is a plusUnderstanding of the technologies in Spring StackExperience in designing and implementing automated testing infrastructure.Strong ability to work in a collaborative mannerAble to articulate risks and issuesPragmatic approach towards getting things doneBias towards actionStrong team ethicExcellent analytic skillsStrong communication skills
