Position: Quality Assurance

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• SDLC Management:
  • Participate in all phases of the SDLC to ensure quality throughout the development process.
  • Collaborate with development and product/project teams to understand requirements and develop effective test strategies.
• Korber (WMS) Environments:
  • Conduct thorough testing of Korber to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and address issues specific to WMS environments.
• Test Case Development:
  • Design, develop, and execute test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
  • Perform manual and automated testing to validate software performance and functionality.
• Documentation:
  • Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
  • Document and track defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues and verify fixes.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Communicate effectively with team members, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure clear understanding of requirements and quality standards.
  • Provide regular updates on testing progress, issues, and risk assessments.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on SDLC, WMS environments, and creating test scripts and/or automation.
• Technical Skills:
  • Solid programming experience in C# and SQL Server (T-SQL) or Oracle (PL-SQL)
  • Experience in software testing
  • Experience with WMS systems and understanding of warehouse operations.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices in QA.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with performance testing and load testing tools.
• Experience with Korber (HighJump) WMS
• Knowledge of ASP.NET with JavaScript, css, SignalR, json, ajax, xml, etc
