In this role, you will perform regular and routine incoming, in-process and final inspection of product to determine acceptance or rejection. You will have the opportunity to advance Ensinger’s value proposition, culture, business as well as the technical aspects of our products and applications. Role and Responsibilities Prepare, maintain and file quality control plans for all products Perform incoming product, in-process and final inspection Participate in Material Review Board and assist in non-conforming material disposition Use a variety of precision measuring and testing equipment Develop thorough knowledge of molding processes, materials and products Comply with all safety regulations, company policies and procedures Maintain equipment and department in a clean and orderly condition Support continuous improvement efforts Qualifications / Competencies Proven experience using micrometers, calipers, verniers, comparator, vision system, gauge pins, CMM and other specialized inspection equipment Concentrated visual acuity and mental attention, finger dexterity and eye/hand coordination Communicate in a professional manner with internal and external customers both verbally and written Ability to read, and comprehend blueprints, product specifications and interpret and communicate information Must have ability to write clearly More than 3 years of experience preferred Moderate physical demand in walking, bending, reaching and moving equipment and materials, frequently lifting up to 30 pounds and occasionally lifting over 30 pounds Base pay commensurate with experience Medical & Prescription Insurance Vision and Dental Insurance Life, AD&D, Short-Term Disability Paid Holiday, Vacation Profit Sharing 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with company match Various Voluntary Insurance Plans (long-term disability, additional life for self, spouse, child, cancer and accident (non-work-related) #J-18808-Ljbffr
