Precision, Excellence, and Quality: Join Our Fabrication Team Randstad is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector for a client specializing in custom metal fabrication. In this role, you will be the final authority on quality, ensuring that every custom product leaving the facility meets the highest engineering and safety standards. Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year Shift: First Work Hours: 7 AM - 3 PM Education: High School Your Day‑to‑Day Impact Comprehensive Inspection: Conduct First Article, In‑Process, and Final Inspections on custom‑fabricated metal components. Technical Validation: Use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and protractors to verify that bent, welded, and machined parts match engineering blueprints. Blueprint Mastery: Interpret complex technical drawings, including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) . Defect Documentation: Identify non‑conformities and work closely with the production team to implement Root Cause Analysis and corrective actions. Compliance Oversight: Ensure all products adhere to internal quality manuals and industry‑specific standards (e.g., ISO 9001). Essential Functions Work up to 5 hours of overtime per week.
