Title Quality Assurance Inspector Department Quality Assurance Reports to Quality Manager About US Munters specialize in innovative, energy-efficient climate control solutions for data centers. Munters technology portfolio includes range of cooling systems designed to maximize uptime, enhance performance, and reduce energy consumption and water usage. Munters offers direct and indirect evaporative cooling systems, dry air-to-air heat exchangers, waterless thermosyphon-based split systems, and fan coil arrays for pairing with air-cooled chillers. Munters also manufacture air cooled chillers and fan -coil arrays for specific strategic partners. Munters' solutions are tailored to meet the specific needs of data center operators, ensuring optimal efficiency and performance while minimizing environmental impact. Job Summary Responsible for identifying and resolving quality-related problems. Assists other departments with tasks related to ensuring product quality. Provides or arranges for appropriate training of all employees. Assists Quality Manager as required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assists in creating and maintaining well-developed and documented methods for preventing quality problems and meeting customer expectations. Assist in the development and ensure the adherence to procedures and work instructions used to define and document the Quality Management System. Inspect incoming parts, work in-process, and finished product. Present quality-related information to appropriate personnel. Interface with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Purchasing personnel to ensure the final product meets specified customer requirements. Assist in ensuring all employees adhere to the requirements of the Quality Management System. Work with members of other departments to resolve in-house quality problems, implement new technology or tools, or implement other special projects. Assist in the development and implementation of work instructions and training to eliminate potential for product quality issues. Job Qualifications HS Diploma or equivalent In depth knowledge of manufacturing processes Strong Communications/Interpersonal Skills Detail Oriented Self-Motivated and Driven Special Skills Extensive familiarity with mechanical design and manufacturing and assembly practices. Proficient in use of inspection equipment and tools. Must be able to read prints and drawings. Hours of work Required Standard work schedules plus overtime and weekend hours will be required to meet production needs. Physical Requirements Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.
