This individual will be supporting a vertical construction project for a new fire house on the installation ($35M+). Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Review contractors' quality management and control procedures on large military installations and report findings to the Contracting Officer's Representative. Attend and participate in the 3-Phase Inspection process. Observe and investigate construction to identify major problems and report findings to the Contracting Officer's Representative. Evaluate contractor questions and RFIs/RFCs and recommend solutions to the Contracting Officer's Representative. Assist Contracting Officer's Representative in drafting letters to contractor explaining deficiencies found and corrections necessary.
