The Quality Manager is responsible for the supervision of all Quality personnel and Quality requirements throughout the manufacturing floor. This position is M-F and offers a salary of $70,000-90,000 depending upon experience. ResponsibilitiesManage all areas of Quality department. Manages all Quality data and documentation. ISO certification efforts, meet planned deadlines and coordinates activities and procedures necessary to achieve that goal.Lead all audits.Handle all customer interactions regarding Quality.Adress all Quality concerns and material concerns. Manage all Quality related projects.Support staff, lead trainings and directly manage Quality team.Performs other duties as assigned.Skills and BackgroundB.S. Degree in related field of study or a combined education and work experience.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.Strong communication and written skills. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as solid geometry, trigonometry, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Familiarity with ISO standards, internal audits, customer quality requirements, and hands-on process improvement is highly preferred.Strong leadership and training skills. Strong time management and project skills with the ability to stick to deadlines and represent findings.
