Quality Assurance Manager Apply
This position's responsibilities include verifying that components fulfill client specifications, ensuring that the organization adheres to ISO processes and standards, and overseeing the Shipping / Receiving department.
This role is ideal for a growth-oriented individual with an experience in manufacturing, machining, or quality who is eager and able to learn.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides input to key staff on areas for improvement and follows up to ensure that the adjustments taken had the intended effect.
- Inspects produced parts at each stage of the production process to ensure they meet client standards.
- Collaborates with all levels of management to develop and implement procedures that make up the company's Quality Management System, ensuring that outputs satisfy customer expectations.
- Analyzes processes for efficacy utilizing data collected from daily operations and internal audits.
- Manages the Receiving and Shipping Department.
- Stays up to date on ISO manual revisions to guarantee that Client functions meet industry standards.
Benefits Package:
- This is a full-time position. Days: 8am -5 pm. Mon Fri. Flexibility with hours available. Position is on-site, with limited possibilities of remote work.

Qualifications: Education, Experience, Special Skills, and Knowledge
Education: 2 or 4-year Business degree and / or 2- or 4-year Engineering Degree is preferred.
Knowledge - Must have:
- Ability to read and understand customer prints.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong excel, and MS Office skills.
- Experience with CMM's and other quality measuring equipment
- Self-motivation and good team communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills to manage workflow and the Quality Lab.
Additional skills to make the candidate more attractive would include:
- Experience in a quality role.
- Experience in machining / manufacturing.
- Understanding of ISO processes and requirements.
