We manage and operate a warehouse facility that handles pick and pack, sequencing, inventory management, and daily production support.Shifts Available:1st shift: Monday - Friday / 7:00am - 5:00pmResponsibilities will include but are not limited to:Lead all quality processes for BMW warehousing and sequencingServe as the primary point of contact for BMW on daily quality needsEnsure accuracy in sequencing, labeling, packaging, and deliveryDevelop, update, and audit standard work and quality proceduresConduct layered process audits and dock auditsMonitor trends and drive root‑cause problem solvingManage containment, corrective actions, and preventive actionsPartner with warehouse leadership, sequencing teams, and suppliersTrack KPIs and present routine quality reportsTrain employees on inspection standards and customer requirementsSupport new‑hire training on quality expectationsThe ideal candidate should possess the following:Experience in automotive logistics, manufacturing, or qualityKnowledge of sequencing, warehousing, or just‑in‑time (JIT) operationsAbility to interpret customer specifications and technical documentsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with BMW or other OEM/Tier‑1 customersWorking knowledge of ISO/IATF quality‑system requirementsStrong Excel and data‑analysis skillsLeadership experience in fast‑paced logistics or sequencing environments
