Key Responsibilities:Maintain and continuously improve the quality management system.Lead quality initiatives, including layered process audits, fast response teams, and verification stations.Facilitate problem-solving teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions using methodologies such as 5-Why and 8D.Support the development and launch of new products, including APQP and PPAP processes.Drive continuous improvement activities, leveraging Lean tools such as 5S and Kaizen.Develop and deliver training programs to promote quality awareness across the organization.Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to ensure proper transfer of new products to production.Support quality inspection staff to ensure compliance with the quality management system and customer requirements.Conduct internal and supplier audits, track findings, and implement corrective and preventive actions.Analyze failures and customer complaints to implement effective corrective actions.Maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including manuals, procedures, and reports.Monitor supplier performance, resolving issues, and driving improvements in supplier quality.Prepare and present QA reports to management.Ensure compliance with all applicable IATF-16949 and ISO-14001 standards, as well as internal company policies.Perform additional duties as assigned to support quality objectives.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience at the Quality Manager level in the automotive or manufacturing industry.In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems.Strong experience with quality systems, audits, PPAP, Gage R&R, capability studies, sample part testing, process flows, control plans, and work instructions.Proven track record managing internal audits, supplier quality, and serving as the main point of contact for customer quality interactions.Experience supporting APQP and new product development initiatives in collaboration with engineering teams.
