You’ll be a key member of the Technical team, driving compliance, championing best practice, and developing an audit-ready culture across the site.This role is ideal for someone who combines technical expertise with strong people leadership and enjoys working cross-functionally in a busy manufacturing environment.What you’ll be doingLeading the Quality function on site and driving high standards across all operationsManaging and developing HACCP, quality systems and process controlsEnsuring compliance with food safety, legal, customer and internal requirementsPromoting a strong quality, hygiene and food safety culture throughout the businessLeading internal audits and supporting customer, BRC and external auditsManaging non-conformances, complaints, investigations and corrective actionsWorking closely with teams across Operations, NPD, Sales, Marketing, Logistics and FinanceCoaching, developing and supporting the Quality Assurance teamIdentifying improvement opportunities that strengthen compliance, performance and efficiencySupporting the Technical Manager and deputising where requiredWhat we’re looking forYou’ll be someone who is:Experienced in a Quality or Technical leadership role within food manufacturingA confident decision-maker with a proactive, hands-on approachPassionate about maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvementA strong people leader who can coach, influence and build capabilityComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple prioritiesCollaborative, resilient and confident in challenging when standards are at riskSkills and experienceDegree in Food Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years’ experience within food manufacturingLevel 3 Food HygieneLevel 3 HACCPAudit experience, including internal and external auditsStrong understanding of retailer standards and quality systemsExperience of complaint handling and root cause analysisGood project management and report writing skillsStrong IT skills, including Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsWhy join us?At Europe Snacks Ltd, you’ll be joining a business that values quality, innovation and teamwork.
