Extension is seeking a Quality Systems Manager for a direct-hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Mequon, WI!About Our ClientStable, growing company!Clean, updated facility!Ability to make things your own and make an impact!Key Objectives / Role ResponsibilitiesAs the Quality Systems Manager, you will be responsible for directing and maintaining daily operations of the Quality Assurance/Quality Control department. You will act as primary quality contact with new and existing customers, communicate to production management the status of quality system, and conduct routine audits.Direct all activities of Laboratory Managers and Quality Department personnelCommunicate to production management the status of the quality system Make disposition on all raw materials, components and finished productsDevelop and maintain Master Product Records for all products manufactured at the facilityConduct routine audits of department results and records to ensure regulatory, customer, and company policies and procedures are adhered toDesired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree with a strong emphasis in a natural science5+ years of management experience in a regulated environment5+ years in quality Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to write reports and findings and present to all levels of managementStrong project management skillsSalary & Schedule Information$70,000 - $95,000 annuallyOnsite in MequonMonday-Friday, 8am-5pm
