In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standardsLead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionalsConduct regular audits of manufacturing processes and systemsAnalyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actionsEnsure compliance with industry regulations and standardsManage and optimize quality control processes to reduce defects and improve efficiencyDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customersContinuously improve quality management systems and processesPrepare and present quality performance reports to senior managementQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field5+ years of experience in quality assurance management, preferably in a manufacturing environmentProficiency in quality management systems and toolsStrong knowledge of statistical analysis and root cause analysis techniquesExperience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or LeanQuality management certifications (e.g., ASQ, ISO) preferredAdditional InformationSalary range is dependent on scope of work, location of project, as well as level of experience.
