Senior Quality & Food Safety Specialist / Quality managerNetherlands (Oss region)Manufacturing / Food ProductionI’m currently working with a growing manufacturing business in the Netherlands that is looking to strengthen its Quality team with a Senior Quality & Food Safety Specialist.This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in maintaining and improving food safety and quality standards across multiple production sites.What you’ll be doing:Acting as the site SME for HACCP and food safety programsSupporting and leading internal and external audits (customer, certification, regulatory)Driving compliance across FSSC22000, GMP+, and wider food safety standardsLeading root cause investigations and CAPA activitiesManaging complaints and ensuring robust corrective actionsWorking closely with Operations and Engineering on continuous improvement initiativesSupporting SOP development and quality system improvementsWhat they’re looking for:Extensive experience in Quality / Food Safety within manufacturing or food productionStrong knowledge of HACCP and FSSC22000 (GMP+ / SKAL Bio is a plus)Experience with audits, CAPA, and quality systemsHands-on mindset and confident working cross-functionallyDegree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or similarWhy this role?High visibility role within the EU quality teamOpportunity to take ownership of key food safety programsStrong collaboration with operations and leadershipGrowing, international environmentIf this could be of interest, please apply directly.
