We are currently representing a well-established multinational manufacturing company seeking a highly driven QA Manager to lead and strengthen its quality management systems and overall product excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end quality assurance processes across the manufacturing plantEnsure implementation and continuous improvement of quality systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and relevant regulatory standardsOversee quality control activities including raw materials, in-process checks, and final product verificationMonitor calibration and validation of measurement tools and equipmentDrive consistency in production quality through effective reporting systems and performance monitoringHandle customer complaints by identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actionsCollaborate cross-functionally to improve production quality and operational efficiencyDevelop and deliver training programs related to quality standards, SPC, and continuous improvement initiativesMaintain compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulationsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent)Minimum 7 years of managerial experience within a multinational company environmentPrior experience in tobacco industry is highly preferred, or from paper, consumer goods, or electronics industries Strong knowledge of quality management systems, SPC, and calibration processesSolid understanding of HSE regulations and workplace safety practicesExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbalStrong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and leadership capabilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with quality-related systemsWilling to be placed in Surabaya, East Java
