Position Overview
Pay: $50,000 - $54,000
The Quality Assurance Manager provides field inspections and ensures construction meets Stylecraft standards and local, state, and national building codes. This role is field-intensive, performing inspections, coaching trade partners, and supporting quality improvement initiatives.

Position Overview

The Quality Assurance Manager provides field inspections and ensures construction meets Stylecraft standards and local, state, and national building codes. This role is field-intensive, performing inspections, coaching trade partners, and supporting quality improvement initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Conduct pre-drywall, final, and confirmation inspections on assigned homes.
- Track and report inspection results and quality issues in company systems.
- Communicate with homeowners, construction personnel, and trade partners professionally and courteously.
- Support trade contractors with technical guidance and best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure high-quality outcomes and adherence to standards.
- Assist in refining QA standards, installation specifications, and internal processes.
- Maintain knowledge of building codes, water intrusion, mold, and remediation issues.
- Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA and company policies during inspections.
- High School Diploma with 2+ years’ experience in residential construction management; experience in water intrusion, mold, and remediation preferred.
- TREC License, Licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector, or ICC certification preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and quality inspection applications.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
