The organization works internationally and is focused on maintaining high standards across all processes and outputs.To support further development of the quality function, we are looking for an experienced QA Manager who can lead a team and strengthen quality processes within a GMP environment.Role OverviewThis is not a traditional QA role focused solely on control. As QA Manager, you will take ownership of the quality function, combining leadership with hands-on involvement. You will manage a QA team, ensure compliance with GMP standards, and act as a key stakeholder across operations, engineering, and external partners.You will operate at the intersection of quality, production, and customer expectations — strategic where needed, hands-on where required.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of QA professionalsOversee batch release and ensure compliance of materials and processesComplaint handling, change control, deviationsCoordinate and drive CAPA processes and continuous improvementInspections and auditsAct as a key contact for quality-related topics with internal and external stakeholdersContribute to the further development and optimization of the QMSYour ProfileMaster’s degree in a relevant fieldA minimum of 7 years of experience within a GMP environmentLeadership experience within QualityKnowledge of GMP and ICH guidelinesStrong communicator in Dutch and EnglishOrganization & OfferYou will join an international and technically driven organization where quality plays a central role in operations.
