Quality Control Manager (BILINGUAL: English/Spanish)Location: Zephyrhills, FL (Candidates must reside near the Zephyrhills area).Strong background in the food industry to lead and oversee our quality assurance and food safety programs. We are looking for a detail-oriented leader who is passionate about food safety and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all quality control and food safety procedures.Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and other regulatory standards.Manage audits (internal, external, and third-party).Maintain HACCP, GMP, and sanitation programs.Lead and train the quality control team.Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.Collaborate with production and operations to maintain high product standards.Qualifications:Bilingual: English and Spanish5+ years of quality control/quality assurance experience in the food industry.Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SQF/BRC (preferred).Experience managing audits and regulatory inspections.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field preferred.BenefitsMedical, Dental and Vision - company pays 85% of the premium for employee and family.Suppliment Insurance paid @ 100% by the company for Employee and Family.401K 5% matchLife Insurance paid @ 100% by the company (2X annualsalary)10 Vacation PTO days and increases after 5 years plus Company Holidays
