Dedicated to driving energy transitions, Wasco collaborates with industry stakeholders to enhance green value chains and foster a sustainable future for the energy sector.Job ScopeIdentification and Preparation of contract specific Work instruction and Inspection Test Plans as Necessary.Regular review and updating, when necessary, of Project Quality System and related project Quality Plan. (PQP).Implementing the Quality system and the Project Quality Plan (PQP).Training Project Team members inline to Project Quality System and the Project Quality Plan.Auditing and monitoring the requirements of the PQP and Project Quality System.Ensuring Subcontractor/ Supplier Quality Requirements are met through ITPs, Subcontractor/Supplier assessments and Quality Audits.Carrying internal and External Project Quality audits.Monitoring the effective operation and corrective action system through any Non-conformance.NCRs and Corrective action Requests follow ups.Participate, where required, in the disposition of Non-Conformance and in the development, implementation and monitoring of corrective actions.Review and Approval of Quality records and Manufacturing Record Book (MRB) in conjunction with Other designated personnel.Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the contract QA requirements and other relevant procedures applicable to the project, through surveillance program.Providing Monthly / Weekly Quality Reports to Project Manager / Yard Manager on Project QA/QC activities.QualificationDiploma/bachelor's degree in engineeringMinimum 5 years in relevant experience (managerial level)Strong knowledge in QAQC system based on ISO 9001:2015Knowledge and Experience in Hazardous area Inspection requirementsStrong knowledge of international welding and inspection codes and standards (ASME, API, AWS, etc.) and company / client quality specifications.
