Project Supervisor Pay Rate: $21 per hour What You’ll Do: As a Project Supervisor, you’ll lead and support a team of Quality Inspectors at customer sites. From setting up projects to building relationships with clients, you’ll play a hands‑on role in ensuring top-quality results while fostering a motivated and successful team. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Lead and support teams to meet quality, safety, and performance standards Develop clear work instructions and train team members Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service Provide coaching, feedback, and support to inspectors and team leaders Travel to customer sites (manufacturing plants or warehouses) to oversee projects What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Positive attitude, adaptability, and attention to detail Experience in customer‑facing roles Valid driver’s license (required) Flexibility to travel to customer sites on short notice Why Join Stratosphere Quality?
