Quality Assurance Specialist Apply
Requirements:Medical Doctor (General Practitioner) or Bachelor of Nursing (Ners).Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hospital quality, accreditation, patient safety, or clinical governance.Hands-on experience in hospital accreditation processes (national and/or international).Strong understanding of incident management, RCA, risk management, and quality improvement methodologies (e.g., PDSA).Proven experience in analyzing quality data and preparing management reports.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel & PowerPoint).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication and project coordination abilities.Key Responsibilities:Conduct internal accreditation assessments and readiness evaluations.Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with applicable healthcare standards.Support implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).Lead and monitor Clinical Governance and Patient Safety initiatives.Manage risk management processes, incident reporting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).Monitor, analyze, and report healthcare performance indicators and KPIs.Develop and review policies, SOPs, and quality-related documentation.Coordinate cross-departmental quality improvement programs and follow up on action plans.
