We are looking for a detail-oriented QA/QC Specialist to oversee quality assurance and control processes in our polyurethane screen manufacturing facility. This role ensures that all products meet industry standards, customer specifications, and company quality requirements while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and compliance.
- Conduct inspections, tests, and audits on raw materials and finished products.
- Identify defects and recommend corrective actions to improve manufacturing processes.
- Maintain detailed records of quality inspections and production data.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications.
- Train employees on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Research & Development with production products, processes and quality improvements.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of polyurethane production processes is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and quality standards.
- Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and documentation software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
