We are seeking a dedicated, curious, and versatile professional with a strong passion for performance and an eye for detail. In this role, you will work independently while collaborating globally with Divisional Quality Assurance teams, Supply Chain, Sales, Regulatory, and Manufacturing organizations to maintain quality systems and support both internal and external customer and regulatory needs.### **Where You’ll Make a Difference*** Maintain and update SAP material master data and product documentation* Support quality and regulatory documentation systems* Assist with product registrations, deviations, and change requests* Maintain and improve quality databases and quality management processes* Collaborate with global teams across Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Regulatory* Respond to internal and external customer and regulatory documentation requests* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Quality Assurance throughout the duration of the project### **What Makes You the Right Fit*** Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical field with Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience* Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT applications* Proficiency in SAP, Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), SharePoint, and Microsoft Office* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Solid technical writing capabilities* Knowledge of biotechnology, fermentation processes, and relevant regulatory frameworks* Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail* Ability to work independently in a global, project-driven environment* Experience supporting customer quality documentation and regulatory dossiers* Proven ability to efficiently absorb training from regional Quality Assurance and Regulatory teams* Experience working in cross-functional and international project teams* A project-based assignment of approximately two years within an international and collaborative environment* The opportunity to make a tangible impact on global quality processes* Exposure to diverse stakeholders across regions and functions* Continuous learning and development opportunities* An inclusive culture where your individuality is valuedWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
