Job Description

Minutemen Direct is recruiting for a Quality Assurance Supervisor for a large full service commercial printer in Crestview Hills, KY. This position is Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM with two times a month working 12:30PM-9PM to cover quality reviews for 2nd shift. About once a month a Saturday review is mandatory. Pay is $70K-$75K range BOE.


Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of quality including QC.

Release of finished goods, SOP compliance and review, customer complaints, internal and customer corrective actions, coordinate inspections, and employee training and records.

You have the authority to reject non-conforming work.

You will play a key role in customer audits.

You will participate in manager meetings.

Company and department quality procedures will be followed to ensure cGMP compliance.

Reports to VP of operations.


Qualifications:

Quality background with Supervisory skills

Customer Audits

Degree preferred but not required

Corrective actions

Inspections

QC release

SOP's

Training/maintain past and present employee training records

Quarantine

Return goods
