The Judge Group is seeking a Third Shift Quality Assurance Supervisor for a large food manufacture in Dearborn Heights, MI area! Responsibilities:Direct all QA and sanitation personnelDevelop and deliver quality and technical trainingAssist and develop sanitation and quality programs and proceduresParticipate in corporate projects to support innovation and cost controlAnalyze and solve quality related issuesParticipate in all internal and external audits relative to QAEnsure all operations are in accordance with OSHA regulationsEquip and supply quality assurance laboratoryProvide technical expertiseMaintain master control documentsMaintain system for checking and verifying process compliance Requirements:Bachelor’s degree required3+ years of QA supervisory experience preferredSQF & HACCP certifiedExperience with FDA, USDA regulationsStrong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in a matrix organizationCreative/analytical problem solving skills and innovative approaches to resolve complex problemsTeam building skills and experienceMicrosoft office skills such as PowerPoint, Project Manager, Excel and WordDemonstrated experience in managing plant sanitation programs
