Quality Assurance SupervisorKelly Science & Clinical has a new, permanent opportunity for a Quality Supervisor in Le Center, MN!Shift: M-F 5:30pm-1:30am A Direct Hire OpportunityOverview: Responsible for overseeing quality and food safety controls during 2nd shift production, supervising Quality Technicians, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.Core Responsibilities:Supervise daily quality activities and ensure proper setup, standards, labeling, and documentation on production linesDevelop, revise, and maintain product specifications and operating standardsParticipate in audits, material review meetings, and process improvementsGenerate reports and maintain ingredient specifications and certificationsConduct weekly plant inspections and monitor corrective actionsProvide GMP, safety, and quality training to staffSupport problem-solving and minimize non-conformance costsRequirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in food manufacturing2+ years of supervisory experience preferredStrong analytical, communication, and team leadership skillsKnowledge of food safety, GMPs, and industry standardsBasic math skills and flexibility for other shiftsPay will range between $60k-$75k based on title, education, and related industry experience.
