Requirements
  • 5 or more years of experience in enterprise quality assurance and end-to-end software testing.
  • Proficiency in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain testing and core policy workflows.
  • Experience with designing detailed test strategies, test plans, and traceability matrices.
  • Experience in functional, System Integration Testing (SIT), regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Experience with test management platforms including Azure DevOps, Jira, or ALM.
  • Experience with SQL for backend database validation and executing API testing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end quality assurance activities across multiple concurrent enterprise software projects.
  • Formulate comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and traceable test scenarios based on business rules.
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with business stakeholders.
  • Execute manual and automated test cases to validate backend databases and integrated APIs.
  • Manage the complete defect lifecycle from root cause analysis through resolution verification.
  • Compile QA dashboards, defect reports, and testing metrics for project management and leadership.
  • Mentor junior testing team members on core QA methodologies and software delivery life cycles.
