Diploma in Engineering or equivalent or high school with proven track record experience2. Experience in a process oriented operation/ Pengalaman dalam operasi berorientasi proses3. Flexible/ Fleksibel4. Strong interpersonal skills/ keterampilan interpersonal yang kuat5. Good knowledge of measuring tools/ Pengetahuan yang cukup tentang penggunaan alat-alat ukur.6. Can do job as teamwork.7. Can speak English for daily conversation. 8. Have skill to operate computer like excel and Microsoft word program.9. Ensure daily tasks are performed in alignment with OHS&E practices and applicable standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and Automotive Quality Management System (IATF 16949)ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/TUGAS DAN TANGGUNGJAWAB : 1. Works safely and follows all safety rules and operational procedures/ Bekerja dengan aman dan mengikuti semua aturan keselamatan dan prosedur kerja2. Supporting to follow up evidence or/ data needs for any non-conformance issue/ Mendukung untuk mencari kelengkapan data terhadap permasalahan yang ada.3. Supporting for PPAP data collection for Internal documents/ Mendukung untuk kelengkapan data-data internal dokumen PPAP.4. Assist to create or update any new work instruction needed, such Incoming, Release inspection or Quality Alert./ Membantu untuk membuat dan memperbaharui jika ada Instruksi Kerja baru yang dibutuhkan, seperting inspeksi barang masuk, inspeksi barang keluar atau peringatan kualitas. 5. Perform layout inspection as per Customer drawing & requirement/ Melakukan pemeriksaan penuh (100%) berdasarkan gambar & persyaratan pelanggan. 6. Keep and control all Failure Analysis report./ Menjaga dan mengontrol semua laporan analisis kegagalan.7. Support incoming check and measurement base on Work instruction available and drawing then do save and proper recording / Melakukan inspeksi material dan pengukuran sesuai dengan instruksi kerja yang ada dan Gambar lalu simpan dan lakukan rekaman data.8. Daily routine to send update about QC activity result/ Rutinitas harian untuk mengirimkan laporan setiap shift untuk semua hasil kegiatan monitoring kualitas. 9. Maintain and keep working area to meet environmental requirements and regulation compliance. / Menjaga dan mempertahankan wilayah kerja untuk memenuhi persyaratan lingkungan dan kepatuhan regulasi.10. Other related tasks assigned by the superior / Tugas lainnya yang didelegasikan oleh Atasan.
