What You’ll Be Doing


As a Quality Assurance Technician, you’ll be trained to:

  • Inspect incoming materials and finished products
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections
  • Use basic measurement tools and gauges
  • Document inspection results and report non-conformances
  • Support corrective actions and continuous improvement
  • Ensure products meet internal quality standards
  • Work closely with production and leadership teams
  • Maintain accurate quality records

No formal QA background? That’s okay — we’ll train the right person.


What We’re Looking For


  • Quality, manufacturing, or inspection experience preferred (but not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Ability to follow procedures and documentation
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a Quality role
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
