Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to support inspection and quality processes in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring products meet specifications through the use of precision measuring tools, blueprint interpretation, and documentation of quality standards. Responsibilities Perform inspections to ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards Utilize precision measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, gauges, and electrical/mechanical instruments Operate and assist with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) inspections and programming Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and customer specifications Complete and maintain quality documentation including process tags, rework tags, and nonconforming material reports Set gauges and support production operators as needed Assist in the preparation of quality sheets and inspection reports Follow established procedures and work under direct supervision Support additional quality-related tasks as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required 1–3 years of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing environment preferred Basic knowledge of ISO/QS standards Experience with CMM equipment is a plus Strong understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T Familiarity with industry standards (SAE, ASME, ANSI, ASTM, MIL, etc.) preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally Strong visual acuity (close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment required) Benefits Medical Insurance Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Company Paid Life Insurance 401(k) with up to 4% company match 10 Paid Holidays Wellness Program & Telehealth Services Prescription Safety Glasses (Employer Paid) #J-18808-Ljbffr
