The Role As a QA Technician at Legacy Bakehouse, you'll be on the front lines of food safety and quality. You'll work side‑by‑side with our production teams to make sure every product meets the high standards our customers expect. From testing snacks for taste and texture to checking equipment for cleanliness, your work helps keep our facility running safely and smoothly. What You'll Do Test finished products for moisture, color, salt, breakage, and size. Inspect and approve incoming ingredients before they're used in production. Perform pre‑op line checks and post‑cleaning inspections on equipment. Watch for and correct GMP and food safety issues on the floor. Conduct routine audits of production lines and facility areas. Review production paperwork to make sure everything is complete and accurate. Enter test results and keep detailed QA records. Jump in with other QA team members to cover when needed. What We’re Looking For Someone dependable with good attention to detail. A team player who communicates well with others. Reading and writing in English is required, Spanish is a plus. Comfortable using a computer for data entry and reports. Experience in food manufacturing is required. QA or food safety is helpful, but we’ll train the right person. A drive to learn, understand and communicate technical information (SQF, HAACP, Food Safety). Why Work for Us Steady, full‑time work with competitive pay.
