Your contribution will enhance the workflow and functionality of the Provys broadcast booking system, which manages Production budgets, personnel, equipment, locations, and content deliveries, all of which ensure the successful transmission of live events on TNT Sports. You will report directly to the Broadcast Bookings Application Owner.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR FROM YOUDuties and responsibilities:Designing, drafting, and executing test cases (functional and non-functional) based on system requirements and specificationsReviewing application specifications relevant to testing Work with Application Owner in implementing a methodological framework by leading draft test strategies Assist with, and opportunity to lead the coordination of project phases with development teamsConducting integration testsPerforming end-to-end testsIdentify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools, and work with development teams to resolve issuesMaintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and defect reports to present to project group and managementDevelop and maintain test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverageWork closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on system improvementsAdministering and maintaining the test repositoryRequirements:ISTQB certified Experience of test execution at all levels (User Acceptance, Integration etc).Experience producing high quality test execution plans, cases, and scriptsExperience testing with one or more system development delivery approaches such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum etc.Strong communication skillsProven experience of testing a wide range of IT Information Systems and associated integration platforms associated with supporting the quality assurance of system development deliveryAbility to analyse complex systems and identify potential issuesMeticulous attention to detail to ensure all aspects of the system are thoroughly testedStrong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectivelyProficiency in using bug tracking and project management tools, e.g. JIRA etc.Knowledge/SkillsStrong experience building test scenarios and use cases based on designed configurationDemonstrate ability to work independently and flexibility in a challenging environment with competing prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical & problem-solving skills, including the ability to effectively address issues in collaboration with others as appropriateability to proactively anticipate problems and opportunity and confidence to use initiative to pursue solutionsExperience with project management and testing toolsWork collaboratively w/small teamsStay updated with the latest testing tools, techniques, and industry trends to continuously improve testing processes.If you would like to be considered, please apply with a copy of your updated CV.
