Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in claims investigation, dispute resolution, or a similar role.
• Analytical Abilities: Ability to assess situations and evidence critically.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with interpreting services and related standards is a plus.
• Impartiality: Maintaining objectivity and fairness throughout the investigation process.
