Job Description:
- Responsible for chemical evaluation of raw materials.
- Duties include performing QC assays and maintaining laboratory organization/cleanliness.
- Has knowledge of a wide variety of wet chemistry (TLC, ID testing, Bulk Gas Testing, Manual (Acid-Base, Complexiometric, Redox) Titrations, Common Gravimetric Tests (Insoluble Matter, Loss on Drying, Residue on Ignition), Limit Test, Heavy Metals, Arsenic, Specific Gravity, Potentiometric Titrations) and instrumentation analysis (pH, Conductivity, UV-Vis, Viscosity, Flame Atomic Absorption, Melting Point, Specific Rotation, Karl Fischer, FTIR, Osmolality, and TOC.).
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.
- Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
- 4-6 Years of Experience
