Job Description
The qualified candidate will be expected to work as part of cross‑functional project teams to ensure high‑quality products are released. The candidate must have experience writing and executing manual test plans/test cases, documenting defects and producing project status reports.
Responsibilities
Develop, revise and audit quality systems and procedures as directed by management to ensure documentation is compliant with current practices and ISO 9001 & ISO 15288.
Set up and support various manufacturing QC processes.
Gather and analyze performance data (scrap, rejections, defects, rework) to aid in developing process‑improvement projects. Coordinate across other production and functional areas to ensure maximum quality and efficiencies are achieved.
Possibility of up to 5% travel.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (BS) in a Quality/Engineering subject from a four‑year college or university with 5+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, licenses and registrations: Preferably ASQ ISO 9001 Auditor or equivalent.
Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite; PLM Engineering database, etc.
ISO 9001 or AS9100 QMS documentation & auditing experience.
FAI, IQC, Process QC and/or Final QC support and RCA experience or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree (MS) in a Quality/Engineering subject.
CostPoint inventory software experience.
Experience with Six Sigma, Lean & statistical techniques.
Experience in aerospace or similar government‑regulated industry.

Salary Range
$74,500 - $105,525
ITAR Requirement
This position requires access to information subject to ITAR and/or EAR compliance. Applicants must qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR or EAR, or be approved for an export license. Some positions require current U.S. citizenship due to contract requirements.
